These Terms & Conditions explain how our flower subscription service operates. By submitting a subscription request, you agree to the terms below.

Subscription Terms & Conditions

Weekly and fortnightly subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Delivery is available within our service area.
Flowers are seasonal and bouquet designs will vary each week.
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or delivery changes.
If nobody is home, flowers will be left in a safe place unless otherwise instructed.
Payment instructions will be provided after your subscription request is confirmed.
The Bloom Studio reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when necessary.
Submitting the subscription form does not automatically create a subscription. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your subscription, delivery details and payment.
